Job Description

Greetcustomers andoffer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
Determineanddiagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
Stakeholder management, CX handling, ticket management and Warranty handling
Responsiblefor handlingcustomer escalations at city level
Drivingbetter customer experience with instant resolution at the time of delivery
Ensuringprocess and policy adherence across the function so that CX experience is not impacted
Understanding customer expectations in various aspects and sharing the same with central team
