About the Role

Client Success Manager

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creative understanding, and operational excellence to represent our organization’s work to global clients while serving as a trusted advisor. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to get things done with precision and accountability.


Key Responsibilities

● Serve as the primary liaison between international clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all deliverables.

● Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, business goals, and creative needs to deliver impactful solutions.

● Manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables across cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production.

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and value creation.

● Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with confidence and professionalism.

● Monitor project performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and identifying improvement opportunities.

● Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent quality and timely execution of all creative outputs.

● Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and broader strategic partnerships.


Qualifications & Experience

● 5–10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client success within a creative agency, studio, advertising firm, e-commerce brand, or apparel/fashion company.

● Strong understanding of creative processes, digital marketing, content production, and brand communication.

● Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

● Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across creative and operational teams.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Additional Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience in e-commerce, fashion/apparel, or creative agency industry
