Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experienced in b2c account management
  • Experience in customer success with team management experience of 15 plus members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
