Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Pune. This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 years of experience who are passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product utilization. Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Utilize conflict resolution techniques to address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and increased product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Expected Outcomes :

  • Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Increase client retention rates by 15% through proactive engagement and relationship management.
  • Resolve 95% of conflicts or issues within a specified timeframe, enhancing overall client experience.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product offerings, leading to a 20% increase in upsell opportunities.
