Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing key client accounts post-onboarding. You will have the opportunity to build deep and trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, conduct regular reviews and success planning with clients, and act as the main point of contact for key accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts post-onboarding. - Building deep and trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. - Conducting regular check-ins, reviews, and success planning with clients. - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products. - Collaborating with the sales and product team to offer tailored solutions based on client needs. - Driving product adoption and customer retention strategies. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise sales. - Prior experience managing clients from India, Middle East, or APAC preferred. - Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of upselling/cross-selling to existing customers. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and billing platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any billing-related queries or escalations from clients, exploring expansion opportunities within existing accounts, supporting customer lifecycle growth plans, monitoring client satisfaction through feedback loops and NPS surveys, working towards renewing contracts, increasing account longevity, and serving as a client advocate internally to ensure their voice is heard.
