Your primary task will be lead generation through Cold-Calling, where you will be required to qualify prospects at different stages of the cold-calling process. It is essential for you to have the ability to nurture contacts from the database through regular follow-ups, thereby increasing their interest level to create new business opportunities. Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and CRM software is crucial for this position. You will be expected to execute outbound campaigns and refine data to enhance its quality for the campaign's requirements. Selling technology solutions and IT products will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you should be adept at identifying opportunities for campaigns and services, arranging direct meetings with clients, and ultimately boosting sales. Strong research and strategic analysis skills are necessary, along with high competency in using Microsoft Office. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are vital, as well as the ability to understand various accents over the phone, with English being the primary language. Flexibility in adapting to work hours and timings as per the campaign's needs, especially in executing activities in the desired geography, is an essential requirement for this role.,
