Customer Success Lead

We're looking for a Enterprise Customer Success Manager / Lead to help us build Instahyre. Over the last few years, Instahyre achieved fantastic traction in the market with a lean team, with hundreds of customers ranging from the fastest-growing startups like Swiggy, PhonePe, and Postman, to the world's largest corporations like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, Intel and more.

The role:

• Empathize with each and every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers needs first.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct usage and adoption reviews, and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
• Spot opportunities for improvements to the product and work with the product team to drive and implement them.
• Coach customers to be experts in candidate sourcing and train their teams on best practices so they become the best talent acquisition teams.
• Partner with sales team for up selling and renewals, and increase the revenue per customer.
• Help drive customer references and case studies, and produce reports to explain insights and help them hire better and faster.

• Must be fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical aptitude.
• Self motivated and proactive team player to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
• Bonus: work experience in a customer-facing or customer success related role.
