Customer Success Intern


What you’ll do:

  • Preparing customer reports, decks, and updates for internal and external meetings.
  • Checking how customers are using product features and sharing insights with the team.
  • Helping Customer Success Managers with customer data, reports, and documentation.
  • Keeping customer records and renewal details up to date.
  • Collecting customer feedback and feature requests and sharing them with the Product team.
  • Supporting onboarding and account management tasks to make sure customers have a smooth experience.
  • Testing new product features before launch and reporting any issues.
  • Doing basic market or competitor research when needed.


Qualifications:

  • A student who is graduating in 2025 or a recent graduate eager to learn about SaaS and customer success operations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable — you take ownership of your work.
  • Comfortable working with data and tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or CRMs (training will be provided).
  • Should have basic knowledge of using Jira.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written English skills.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
