Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and empathetic Customer Success Executive to become the voice and heart of UNIREC for our D2C customers. This person will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey — from the moment of purchase consideration to post-purchase delight — driving sales, building loyalty, and ensuring a community-led experience. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Confirm orders with customers via phone and provide timely updates. Inbound Sales & Upselling: Handle incoming queries and calls to convert interest into sales, while upselling/cross-selling where relevant. RTO Reduction: Minimize returns by building trust and proactively confirming orders. Relationship Building: Engage with customers post-purchase to nurture long-term brand relationships. Communityhood : Foster a sense of belonging by personalizing communication and making each customer feel like part of the UNIREC family. WhatsApp & Email Support: Promptly respond to queries, feedback, and concerns received via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms, ensuring top-notch service and resolution. Cart Recovery: Follow up on abandoned carts via calls/messages, handle objections, reinforce trust, and offer personalized discount codes to close sales. Customer Delight: Go the extra mile to ensure every customer interaction reflects our values of care, comfort, and sustainability. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in D2C customer success, telesales, or e-commerce support. Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken (English & Hindi preferred). Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Empathy, patience, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. Why Join UNIREC?
