Job Description

Overview

Were seeking a dynamic Customer Success Executive - ERP Application / IT Support to drive customer satisfaction and ensure seamless adoption of our ERP solutions. Youll provide top-tier support, training, and guidance to educational institutions, gather client requirements, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to maximize platform value.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document client requirements to align ERP solutions with their operational needs.
Perform requirement mapping to translate client needs into actionable system specifications.
Conduct feasibility analysis to assess the viability of proposed customizations or configurations.
Configure ERP software modules (e.g., EduNova) to meet client-specific requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with clients to validate functionality and resolve issues.
Provide first-level IT support for ERP applications, troubleshooting issues related to functionality, integrations, and performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions and demos to ensure smooth adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams (development, sales) to resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, configurations, and resolutions using CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in EdTech or ERP support for educational institutions.
Knowledge of SQL or APIs for troubleshooting and configuration.
Knowledge & Experiance in ZOHO Projects
