What we’re looking for


We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success professional to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive upselling, cross-selling, and retention.

Candidates with relevant EdTech experience will be highly considered.

Key Responsibilities:


·        Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

·        Understand client needs and business goals to deliver tailored solutions.

·        Drive product adoption by guiding clients on features, benefits, and best practices.

·        Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

·        Proactively monitor client health, address risks, and minimize churn.

·        Act as the primary contact for client queries, escalations, and support.

·        Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

·        Conduct client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to strengthen partnerships.

·        Track and report on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

 

Requirements:

·        Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention; MBA preferred.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

·        Experience with CRM tools and client reporting.
