Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or interested customers to promote relevant insurance products. Advise customers on suitable health, motor, and life insurance offerings. Build rapport and trust with customers to ensure high-quality service. Maintain proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Preferred: Candidates with prior insurance sales experience and sales acumen. Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Must have excellent communication skills free from MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence), with no grammatical or pronunciation errors. Shift & Work Schedule: Shift: Rotational Female employees: Day shift (up to 8 PM) Male employees: Full rotational shifts Working Days: 6 days a week
