Job Description

Kwikpic is a fast-growing SaaS platform designed to simplify digital content management and sharing. Our goal is to empower businesses and individuals to manage their media efficiently while enhancing collaboration and engagement through our innovative cloud-based solutions.

Job Location:

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)

Relevant Industry:

SaaS / Cloud / Subscription-based Product Companies

Key Skills:

Customer Support, Customer Success, Communication Skills, CRM, SaaS Support, Cloud Support

Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone, resolving technical and account-related issues effectively.
Guide and onboard new users to ensure smooth adoption of the platform and its features.
Monitor customer account health, proactively address concerns, and drive product usage and retention.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and success.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to enhance customer experience and relay feedback for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate or Postgraduate with 13 years of experience in
Customer Success
or
Customer Support
roles within a SaaS, Cloud, or technology-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle queries efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
Experience using
CRM tools
and understanding customer engagement metrics will be an advantage.
