Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for US & UK-based customers and assist them with their queries and issues. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high service quality standards. Offer solutions to customer problems in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow scripts and guidelines while interacting with customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and contribute to team goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions. Resolve escalated customer issues effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Preferred candidate profile Education:- Graduates and Undergraduates are both eligible. Experience:- Minimum 3 months to 2 years of experience in international voice calling, preferably in an International BPO Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers professionally. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with using CRM tools. Other Requirements:- Must be flexible with fixed shifts and rotational offs. Ability to handle background verification process. Positive attitude and team spirit.
