Role & responsibilities First point of contact regarding service related issues, troubleshooting, and handle service requests with effectiveness and provide best consumer experience. Interact directly with customers, inbound/outbound phone queue, to provide accurate and immediate solutions to service request. Participate in Team meetings, huddles, and brainstorming sessions to discuss process updates, operational issues and identify process improvement opportunities Required Qualifications - Any Graduate or Post- Graduate. - Minimum 1 yr of experience in International calling profile. Preferred Candidate - Strong written and spoken communication skills. - Must be comfortable with night shifts (US rotational).
