Job Description

● Ensuring profitable revenue. ● Reviewing performance and taking appropriate action for redressal where needed. ● Monitoring the work of the sales and support team by using daily reports. ● Keeping an eye on the new developments and trends in line with the company's vision document and priority. ● Handling escalations of enrolled students, simultaneously managing their queries keeping them retained with complete enrolment fees. ● Handle student complaints, Grievances provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the TAT; follow up to ensure resolution. ● Proven success in sales and Positive attitude to dealing with teams. ● Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal. ● Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone and presentation. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills. ● Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions. ● Capable of working independently and along with the team.
