Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Agartala airport. The Customer Service Specialist will handle various customer interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive passenger and VIP experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, managing phone communications with proper etiquette, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional support to clients, tea office arrangement , vip haddling , pass customer work etc .


Qualifications

Must be Hotel management degree holder and 2 year experience .

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in computor Etiquette and managing customer interactions
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and handling feedback
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management .
