Customer Service Specialist

Location

: Chennai

Roles & responsibilities:

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS distribution to related parties (Internal and External).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle high-pressure situations.
• Serve as initial point of contact for customer and for field sales for inquiries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and order. Order entry within same day or next working day.
• Assist customer with order book details and shipment tracking and returns or exchanges, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer requirement.
• Support field sales team to achieve their individual sales targets.
• Customer orientation, understand the process flow and ability to adapt the changes for business development.
• Flexible to work to meet the business expectations.
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication (Email and Verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi to manage customers across India.
• Proficiency in using computer system and MS Applications.
• Experience working in ERP solutions
