Customer Service Sales Representative

  US B2C customers

• This is a

  completely inbound support role

• No farming, no hunting, and no cold calling

• 70% Customer Support + 30% Sales

  (support-driven sales only)

• No call caps

• Sales are based on

  opportunity and customer requirement

  , not forced pitching
• Jewellery background is an

  added advantage

Remote Role Requirements

Candidates must have:

  laptop

• Stable

  Wi-Fi connection

Hubstaff Requirement (Mandatory)

Hubstaff

• Tracks work time & activity levels
• Captures periodic screenshots
• Auto-stops tracking if inactive for 5 minutes
• Hubstaff hours = official attendance & payroll record
• Candidate must ensure Hubstaff stays active during working hours

Additional Conditions

• Comfortable with

  salary credit date between 15th–20th

  of each month
• Must have strong calling experience with

  US customers

  only
• Should be comfortable working night shifts
