Role Description

This is an internship remote role for a Customer Service Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, assisting with travel bookings, providing detailed information about travel packages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative will also be responsible for following up on leads, supporting marketing initiatives, and handling customer feedback.
