Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Kolkata. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. They will be involved in lead generation and converting leads into sales. Day-to-day tasks will include contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable wellness solutions, and maintaining client relationships to drive sales growth.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Account Management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
