1. Handle inbound and outbound calls ( voice process ) for international customers .
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively .
3. Troubleshoot customer issues related to products, services or accounts.
4.Meet performance metrics such as call quality , response time and resolution rate .
5.Achieve daily/weekly targets ( AHT,CSAT,DSAT ; sales/collections where applicable ) .
6. Adapt to rotational shifts, international time zone and new process updates .
> At least one year of experience is mandatory in an INTERNATIONAL BPO ( Customer Service ).
> GRADUATE FRESHERS can also apply .
> Need excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
> Need experience from only VOICE background .
For Graduate Fresher salary starting from 3 LPA : 21-27k in hand .
For Experienced Candidates : 4 LPA - 8 LPA .
