This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bhopal. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing support and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Daily tasks will include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
