Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative located in Noida, India. The primary responsibilities include providing seamless customer support, addressing inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent customer experiences. The role involves managing and resolving customer concerns, delivering prompt solutions, and maintaining a high standard of service quality to uphold the company's values and reputation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring high standards of Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in creating positive Customer Experiences and enhancing Customer Retention
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exemplary service
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable
