Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle online customer inquiries, manage our CRM database, and ensure timely follow-ups for service resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of customer service processes, and the ability to assist customers across multiple product categories. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in customer support and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries across various online platforms (email, chat, website forms, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain, update, and organize customer records in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Understand the fundamentals of customer service, issue resolution, and customer engagement.
  • Assist customers across multiple product categories, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical support, product, marketing) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Prepare basic service reports and track inquiry/resolution trends.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear, courteous, and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline); freshers with a strong interest in customer service are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of customer support processes and communication etiquette.
  • Strong proficiency with computers, online tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple product lines.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and eager to build a career in customer service.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with online support channels and digital communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up habits.
