Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Mumbai team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
 Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors, and pharmacies regarding prescriptions and healthcare services. Collect, update, and verify insurance and pharmacy details in the system. Create follow-up activities and reminders for patient communication and service continuity. Connect patients with pharmacists or doctors for counseling or clinical queries. Escalate calls to clinicians, insurance verification teams, or specialized departments when necessary. Schedule, cancel, or reschedule doctor appointments according to facility guidelines. Respond professionally to all patient inquiries in English, following company and HIPAA regulations. Skills & Qualifications Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service abilities. Empathy and patience when handling sensitive or emotional situations. Adaptable to changing processes and systems. Prior experience in customer support or call centre operations (US Healthcare experience preferred). Team player with the ability to meet daily performance goals. Must be based in Mumbai.
