Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Foundever is hiring for International Hospitality Voice Process. Job Details: 1. Age: 20 years to 35 years 2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent) + 6 months experience. 3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students) 4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers. 5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English 6. Shifts: 24*7 Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts) Salary: As per Market Standards Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office.

Experience: Any Under Grad + 6 months experience or Graduate Freshers can apply.

Job Profile: 1. International Voice (Hospitality)

Responsibility: Provide Customer Service to International Customers
Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
Working Days: 5 days working
Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
Transport: Nodal Pick up and Drop , Home Pickup and Home Drop As per Shift Timings
Rounds of Interview: ,HR, MAKI Assessment, Voice and Accent, Operations Round.

All Interviews will happen over telephonic or on Teams
