Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries in fluent English. Explain products/services to customers clearly and confidently. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in CRM tools. Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and Leads targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Experience in telecalling or customer service Ability to handle customer calls confidently and politely. Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email drafting, CRM etc.). Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or BPO preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range: Based on experience: 18,000 25,000 per month. Incentives/bonuses for high performance. Working Hours: 8–9 hours shift (Day shift).
