Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to products/services.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues when required.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

    in an International Voice Process (Mandatory).
  • Graduation is mandatory

    (any stream).
  • Strong

    English communication skills

    – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required.
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle pressure.
