Job Description

You will be working in Infopark, Kochi in the role of International Voice Support. As a part of your job, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include accurately documenting customer interactions in the system and meeting individual and team performance targets which are KPI driven. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls - Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction - Accurately document customer interactions in the system - Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI driven) **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written - Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team You will be offered a salary of Rs.17000 /- (In hand) with bonuses up to Rs. 5000/- per month. The working days are 5 days a week in night shift. You must possess excellent English fluency, both verbal and written, as it is mandatory for this role. Additionally, pick up and drop cab facility will be provided to you. The company offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and provident fund. If you have at least 1 year of experience in International voice process, it would be preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
