Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with queries related to products, services, orders or payments.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and solution-oriented responses.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure full resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:

  Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience:

  0–2 years in customer service or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).

• Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer concerns patiently.

• Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
