Job Description – Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Shott Amusement Limited - Unit no. 10, Behind Rajdhani Restaurant, Gate no. 2, NESCO Center, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Fresher-Friendly

Salary

• Freshers: ₹14,600
• Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 (In-hand)

Eligibility

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and deliver excellent customer service
• Explain and demonstrate games to customers
• Handle cashiering and billing processes accurately

Working Hours

• 9-hour shift per day
• 1 weekly day off
• Public holidays and weekends are working days

Shift Timings (Rotational)

Female Employees:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Male Employees:

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Note: Candidates must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days of joining.
