Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Experience working with international customers is an asset.
