Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our customers. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Provide timely and accurate information about products and services. Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints. Maintain high product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers. Job Requirements Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using technology and software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
