Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and agents regarding shipment updates.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.

- Track and monitor shipments to provide accurate status updates to clients.

- Address and resolve customers and agents’ inquiries, complaints, or delays with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM
