As a Customer Outreach Executive at our company, your role will involve reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls to introduce them to our products or services. You will be responsible for generating leads by identifying and qualifying them, while maintaining detailed documentation of relevant information. Following up on leads and keeping a record of conversations will be crucial in your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and report common issues to the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products or services. - Identify and qualify leads, and document relevant information. - Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of conversations. - Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management. - Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets. - Work with team members to improve calling strategies and techniques. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively. Qualification Required: - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work towards targets and deadlines. - Strong organizational skills. - Prior experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage.
