Key Responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products or services. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, and document relevant information. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of conversations. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
