Customer Service Officer

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing customer service for Sea Export at JDM Group, a leading name in the logistics and supply chain industry in India. As part of our Pune branch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient transport and distribution solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and agents, providing timely shipment updates. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently. - Track and monitor shipments to give accurate status updates to clients. - Address and resolve customer and agent inquiries, complaints, or delays with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Maintain precise records of all interactions and transactions. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - 2-8 years of experience in customer service under customer clearance. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM.
