Job Description

Welcome and assist members in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond to phone calls, make outbound calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding club services, membership plans, class schedules, and events.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
Keep members informed about upcoming events, promotions, and new services, and distribute promotional materials and club information.
Assist in creating and updating content for newsletters, social media, and other club communications.
Share customer feedback and insights with management to support service improvement initiatives.
Assist in club events for planning, preparation, coordination, successful execution and feedback etc.
Monitor and ensure the club’s quality in terms of aesthetics, look-feel- smell, cleanliness and orderliness.
