Job Description

1. Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure high-quality customer service at the branch.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores as per bank standards

2. Operational Efficiency

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations (cash management, account opening, clearing, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Optimize processes to reduce turnaround time.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC, AML).
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Minimize operational risk and fraud incidents.

4. Cash & Vault Management

  • Maintain cash limits as per bank policy.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Monitor ATM replenishment and functioning.

5. Staff Management & Training

  • Supervise and guide operations staff.
  • Conduct training on compliance, systems, and customer service.
  • Manage staff productivity and morale.
