Job location: Perambur, Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, train, schedule, and motivate banquet staff (servers, bartenders, captains). Collaborate with sales and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies; report any needs to purchasing. Manage banquet budgets, labor costs, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events. Ensure that staff adhere to service standards and event details. Assist in training and supervising banquet staff during events. Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas. Respond to guest needs and resolve issues during events.
