Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Manager located in Ludhiana. The Banquet Manager will oversee the planning and execution of banqueting events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with clients, supervising food and beverage services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to hiring decisions and efficiently managing resources to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Proficiency in Communication to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors. Experience in Food & Beverage management for overseeing catering and service operations. Ability to lead Hiring processes to build and maintain a skilled and professional team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple events simultaneously. Prior experience in hospitality or event management is preferred. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
