Banquet Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  banquet operations

  and event execution
• Handle

  client enquiries, negotiations, bookings & follow-ups

• Coordinate with venue partners, vendors & internal operational teams
  
• Supervise and guide on-ground event staff
  
• Ensure smooth event set-up, service quality & guest satisfaction
  
• Maintain reports, billing, documentation & SOP compliance
  
• Drive venue-level revenue and achieve sales targets
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years

  experience in banquet operations, hospitality, or event management
• Strong communication & client management skills
  
• Ability to manage

  both sales + operations

• Team-handling experience preferred
  
• Chandigarh-based or willing to relocate
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
