This is a non-sales , no-targets role, ideal for freshers or candidates looking to begin a career in the customer service domain. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries and provide accurate information. Communicate clearly and effectively in English and/or local language. Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional attitude at all times. Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus. Language Skills: Average English (should be able to frame sentences).
