Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving customer service operations, managing customer support teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance customer experience, monitoring team performance, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and using analytical insights to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with other teams to optimize customer support processes and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and customer data
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team coordination
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
• Experience in marketing or related industries is preferable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
