Customer Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of back-end Sales Operations at DHC.
  
• Ensure accuracy in

  picking, deliveries, and invoicing

  processes.
• Oversee and validate

  Planning

  activities (MRP and Route Planning).
• Responsible for

  daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

  .
• Drive

  target-based operations

  and ensure timely goal achievement.
• Prepare and present

  Management Information System (MIS)

  reports.
• Handle

  customer communication

  , grievance resolution, and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in

  customer payment recoveries

  and follow-ups.
• Maintain

  sales-related records and registers

  accurately.
• Enter

  master data in SAP

  and assist in

  system configuration and testing

  .
• Coordinate with

  Purchase, Warehousing, Marketing, and Finance

  teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure accuracy and organization in

  physical document maintenance and record keeping

  .

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc., etc.) from a recognized university;

  Postgraduate (M.Com / MBA)

  preferred.
• Minimum

  3-4 years

  of experience in a

  lead or independent role

  .
• Proficiency in

  ERP systems (SAP or similar platforms)

  is essential.

Other Requirements

• Strong command over

  English and Marathi

  (both written and verbal).

• Desired Age Group:

  35-45 years.
• Must be a

  resident of Pune

  .
