Monitor and keep track of dispatch material through own transport vehicles. Minimize wastages and leakages C) Sales – Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for goods transportation to customers. Identify reasons for dispatch related issues and ensure accurate and timely supplies Ensure that there are no losses due to internal reasons of any kind Analysis of dispatches and Sales aiming profit maximization Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes Tight co-ordination of Sales with Procurement and Warehouse D) MIS – Preparation and maintaining MIS on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. Preparing various reports related to SCM Adequate documentation for the governance of entire Supply Chain process. Adopt techniques such as : 5S, KAIZEN etc. for effective WH Management Regular working on SAP B1, CRM and BI to analyze data Qualifications and Experience Requirements Bachelors / Masters in Commerce or Science Background.(B.com/ M.com B.Sc – Biology, Chemistry, BE / B.Tech) Degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics field is preferred Other Requirements Minimum 15 years of total experience out of which 10 years in hardcore SCM areas Minimum 5 years of working in senior position like Functional / Dept. Head of similar business Good command over written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi Desired age group – Between 40 and 50, relaxation in case of exceptional candidates Working knowledge of ERP, CRM or BI systems Should be a resident of Pune.
