Principal Responsibilities

• Supporting LAS facility set up, renewal, enhancement etc. related documentation
• Engagement with customers and internal stakeholders for various transactional and operational requirements
• Support with query resolutions (pre & post disbursal)
• Client Servicing (SOAs, MVRs, Debit Notes, Timely Intimation of monthly/quarterly interest payable)
• Manage Client complaints/queries (if any) & provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Supporting RMs with relevant client data
• Completing combined welcome call and one time disbursement call for the new and existing clients
• Any further responsibilities will be added as per business need basis time to time review of roles & responsibilities
  

Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience

• Qualified Graduate
• Fundamental understanding of the NBFC/Banking KYC & Financial Documents
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Excellent Communication Skill
• To be mobile & be able to meet clients, if required
