1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
3. Process and exchanges accurately
4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
5. Assist in creating reports and analyzing data using MS-Excel
6. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer experience
