Role Description

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

3. Process and exchanges accurately

4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information

5. Assist in creating reports and analyzing data using MS-Excel

6. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience to deliver excellent service and address client needs effectively
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Knowledge and application of Phone Etiquette for professional and effective communication
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles is a plus
