Role Overview: As a Customer Service Intern based in Pune, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, assisting with order processing, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, you will address customer concerns, maintain records, and contribute to enhancing customer service processes. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively - Assist with order processing and coordination with internal teams - Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Contribute to improving customer service processes Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of customer service principles - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach in addressing customer needs - Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field - Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus - Knowledge of Tally is required.
